All instructors are certified independent trainers/coaches.

We rent our gym space per hour for certified fitness and wellness professionals.

PT SESSION RESERVATION (2 CLIENTS MAX) $36/HR

PT session reservation (4-12 clients) $108/hr

Our space is a community focused fitness incubator that serves as an event and creative space for independent personal trainers, physical therapists, yoga instructors, pilates instructors, and wellness instructors. Our focus is providing a fun functional fitness space.

We also open our space to a variety of events such as baby showers, birthdays, seminars, workshops, pop-up's, etc. Our space transforms to serve as private event space in our community to host an aray of private events.
